Stock MythCove in Your Store

MythCove works with physical retailers who want to carry Asian collectibles, BJD dolls, blind boxes and fantasy fashion. We source directly from studios and authorised distributors across Asia, and we consolidate and ship from Hong Kong — so you can buy a mixed pallet of series that would otherwise take a dozen separate suppliers.

Who We Work With

Wholesale accounts are open to businesses with a physical retail location — a shop, a concept store, a gallery, a permanent stall or a licensed convention booth. To open an account you will need to provide:

• Your business registration or tax ID
• Your store name and street address
• Your website or the social accounts where you sell

We do not open wholesale accounts for online-only resellers at this time, and we do not supply for resale on marketplaces without prior written agreement.

Minimum Order

• US$500 per order, or
• 12 units per style on a single product

Either condition qualifies. Repeat orders carry the same minimum.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is quoted per order and is not published on this site. Send us the series and quantities you are interested in and we will return a quotation, normally within 2 business days.

How It Works

1. Apply. Email support@mythcove.com with the documents above and what you would like to carry.
2. Quotation. We confirm availability and send a quotation with unit prices, lead time and total freight.
3. Payment. Wholesale orders are paid in full before dispatch, by bank transfer or an invoice payment link, in US dollars.
4. Production and consolidation. Lead time depends on what is in stock in Hong Kong and what has to come from the studio. Your quotation states it.
5. Dispatch. We ship from Hong Kong with tracking and send the commercial invoice and packing list you need for customs.

Shipping, Duties and Documents

Freight is paid by the buyer and quoted separately once the order is confirmed. You are the importer of record: all duty, VAT, GST and customs handling in your country are yours to pay. All shipments are declared with their actual contents and the actual price paid.

If you need a commercial invoice, an HS code breakdown, or your VAT or EORI number on the paperwork, tell us before the order ships. Documents cannot be reissued once a shipment has cleared customs.

What We Do Not Do

• Dropshipping. We do not ship to your customers on your behalf, and we do not offer blind or white-label fulfilment. Wholesale orders ship to your business address.
• Exclusive territories, unless separately agreed in writing.
• Consignment. Stock is sold, not placed.

Returns on Wholesale Orders

The 30-day return window on our Refund Policy covers retail customers and does not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale stock cannot be returned because it did not sell, or because you changed your mind.

We do stand behind what we ship. Items that arrive damaged, incorrect or short are replaced or credited in full, at our cost. Inspect your shipment on arrival and email support@mythcove.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer cartons, the shipping labels, the affected items and the damage. Keep the packaging until the claim is closed.

Manufacturer variation in colour, paint application, blushing and assembly is normal on hand-finished collectibles and is not treated as a defect. Blind boxes are sold sealed and their contents are determined by the manufacturer's random packing.
