• Priority access to limited editions — first pick on capped runs before they open to everyone

Points

• Earn 1 point per US$1 spent, on the product subtotal
• 100 points = US$1 off
• Redeem in your account at checkout, in whatever amount you like
• Points are credited once your order ships, and reversed if it is refunded
• Points do not expire while your account stays active

Early Access and Limited Editions

Some series arrive in small numbers — a single production run, a convention exclusive, a studio collaboration. Tidewatchers and above see new arrivals and restocks a day before everyone else. Mythmakers get first pick on capped runs, by email, before the listing goes public.

Early access is not a guarantee of stock. On the smallest runs it still comes down to who gets there first.

The Small Print

• Tier discounts apply to the product subtotal and are not combined with a separate discount code on the same order — the larger of the two applies. Points can always be redeemed on top.
• Lifetime spend counts the product subtotal of delivered orders, excluding shipping, taxes and refunded amounts.
• Tier benefits, points and vouchers belong to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Free shipping applies to our standard service to destinations we serve; it does not cover import duty or tax. See Tax & Duties.
• Birthday vouchers are issued in the month of the birthday on your account and are valid for 30 days. Add your birthday at least a month ahead so we can send it in time.
• Wholesale orders do not earn points or count toward tiers. See Wholesale.
• We may change or end the programme; we will give notice by email before points or earned tiers are affected.
• Accounts opened to abuse the programme — duplicate accounts, fraudulent orders, orders placed and cancelled to farm points — will be closed and their balances voided.
